Interview
Very laid back make you feel very welcome and then after you are hired you are told you are family but if you do not go along with managements ways which is drinking heavily and being a favorite you will be excluded and ostricized they are very cliquey and very favoritism of who they like. If you have not worked there for multiple years you will be treated and looked down on. Also company events are an excuse to excessively drink even the CEO Paula complete drunks and hypocrites who will drive drunk but tell you that you must leave your car there and if you do not comply will threaten your job. And then get you fired.
