Vivian Health interview questions

Their recruiter reached out to me on linkedin. We had the screening call, and it seemed to go really well. We vibed, had productive exchanges, and she seemed to strongly indicate that I'd be a good fit and moving on to the next round From there, she proceeded to ghost me for over a month. I followed up 3-4 times, and finally she got back to me and said I'd get an answer soon.....only to receive a templated rejection email. I responded asking for some feedback and got none Deeply unpleasant and unprofessional process. This level of organization and communication should make any candidate hesitant to join Vivian
