1) Video call intro/screen 2) Video call with two engineers (more technical discussion) 3) Full panel video interview (cultural, behavioral, practical programming challenge) Overall a pleasant interview process with some very nice people. They didn't give any actual feedback with the rejection, but unfortunately that's the reality of the current hiring landscape; I can't hold it against them, as much as it sucks after multiple rounds.
