3 STEPS INTERVIEW PROCESS. First is there's an Initial interview with the HR regarding your background and experience. Second, there's a general examination which I think most of the questions are irrelevant for the position you are applying for. Thirs is an Interview with the HR Manager and the artist that you will be handling.

Took 2 months. They communicated constantly until after the last interview. They no longer replied or informed me about anything, its usual for the recruiters to ghost applicants but they need to change this since applicants spent time and effort to prepare for interviews. At least provide feedback and don't leave applicants in the dark.
