Vitran Express interview questions

The interview process was wonderful, I was hired with 2 days, It well, The manager at the time saw my credentials & saw I was a good fit for them,

Already had been working there, pretty simple, how would you manage differently, etc. Was told what the hours were, about the crew, etc. Other candidates were also current or previous employees so I would image it was similar.
