Interview
Asked me super informal questions and did not feel like a proper interview. When asking questions, interviewer kept looking away from screen making it feel like they were reading off a screen. I just wanted genuine responses to my questions. I also got very generic responses to these questions. I asked questions about pay and how that is strctured and that answer felt dodged. Feels like a scam, don't recommend.

Interview
I got a phone call which I now know was all just a girl reading off a script and I got invited to come in and meet with Jennifer Lyons immediately. I showed up the next day after the call and waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes before I was finally taken in for my interview. I was asked about my previous work experience, if I was in school, and what interested me in the position. I told them I honestly wanted to know more about what the actual requirements of the position were. I was told I would make sure things were organized, that I would make about 50 phone calls. I was like okay this should be fine... I was then told to come in for a second interview, and then a third where I was essentially hired for the job.
I was on time for my first day of work and Jennifer was not at the office, so much for communication. She told me she was going to be there an hour late. So I waited in my car until she finally showed up. Everyone was on a happy pill, I felt like I had to talk a certain way just to fit in with them. Oh and don't get me started on the obnoxious, loud music playing in the lobby. You can't even hear yourself think in there, much less work.
Also just as others have already said they are not straight forward about the job position you are taking on, they wrap you up with all this great talk about the company but in reality no one wants to work for them. They have a fast turn over rate because people feel decieved and quickly resign. I resigned on day one, it was a mistake taking the job in the first place. I wish I would have read these reviews sooner. They will make you feel like you are competing against all these qualified people but you aren't they are just choosing from a pool of underqualified people. I would really think about it before accepting a job offer with this company. They are not a big company like they say, it's just their booking pitch to get you in the door.

Do you think you could make around 50 calls a day?

Interview
I have a feeling everyone in that office is on speed or a power trip. I've done interviews similar to this in California, and they don't tell the interviewee the whole truth. They claim they're similar to the "Shark Tank" show, and if that's true, I highly doubt any "campaign manager" will ever make that kind of money. Honestly, this was probably one of the most Vague Interviews I've ever had, meaning, the lady named Jennifer who interviewed me was so vague it almost didn't make any sense. I am female, however, I didn't wear a blazer to the interview because I don't own one, but I noticed all the ladies stumbling out of the little office had on Little Blazers and tons of eyeliner.
