I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at VitalHub (London, England) in Jun 2026
Interview
A four step interview process: one screening phone call with the internal recruiter followed by a video call with the hiring manager. An extensive creative task was sent across to be completed and presented in a panel interview with the hiring manager and one other marketing person. A final forth interview with the HR team. I have not heard from them after my creative task presentation, likely because they're not actually hiring anyone. They came across as very unprofessional and unethical, especially after admitting the creative task is an active campaign they will finish with my ideas.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Creative task option 1: create a full storyboard and (optional) animation from a very poorly written text
Creative task option 2: Sub-Brand Portfolio Redesign Strategy
VitalHub UK continues to acquire new products and platforms. We need a VitalHub-first, House-of-Brands approach that creates coherence, recognisability, and future scalability, without losing the equity of acquired solutions. This task evaluates your ability to think strategically about brand architecture, visual systems, logo design, and long-term maintainability.
Develop a strategic concept for a VitalHub-led sub-brand portfolio system. Your task is to propose how VitalHub should structure, visualise, and future-proof all sub-brands within a clear, unified House of Brands model using our current Dynamic Graphic - similar in strategic approach to how Microsoft, Adobe, or Google articulate families of products.
