Normal interview process nothing too hard or out of the ordinary, like a casual conversation about your past experiences. We talked about my past job in the financial services industry & skills, languages, years experience. Expectations & type of work environment I'd be working in. I also got an opportunity to interview the interviewer as well (very important) I asked what the opportunities for advancement & support for advancement where.

Interview
You apply by sending your resume via email. within the next couple of days, you get a call to set-up an appointment for an interview. It is a one-on-one interview. They just ask you about your work experience. If you're successful, then they invite you to go back to the branch to test. The test is online and the test consists of math questions and of course a personality and integrity test along with it. The test was a little lengthy but bearable, nonetheless.
