First I’ve talked with the HR and after with the head of the department I would work for .
They asked me about my experience and why I had the interest to work for them.

Two phone interviews followed by 5 hours over Zoom, including four interviews and a 90-minute case study. Interviewers were frequently late, with some panelists calling in halfway through the conversation with another. Overall, decision was made based on things that could have been gleaned from the phone screen, making the five-hour in-person feel like a waste.
