I got the phone call to do an interview, interviewed with the manager then boss. A day later I got the phone call I got the job. The questions were very simple as in how long have I been a caregiver and if I can share experiences in certain questions they asked.

It was mostly them telling me about the job. They also asked about my questions. It was essentially telling me what was expected of me. It was very relaxed and it was apparent they have lots of spaces to fill.
