Quite easy interview; no one was trying to ask tricky questions to break your brain; just business and functional, practical questions to verify skills and experience. Enjoyed this approach a lot.

Process was standartized and logical, it had 3 stages and they were clearly explained by Recruiter. 60% of questions were related to soft skills and only 40% to hard skills. Company prioritized candidate's personal characteristics over the IT experience and previous performance.
