Virtus Investment Partners interview questions

Interviewed by the group with the manager and peers. Most interview questions were related to the job. There were no behavioral questions. The process moved pretty fast. Got an offer a week later.

Applied online directly via their website. After a month, had a phone screen with HR, then separate Zoom video interviews with the hiring manager, VP of talent management, and a peer over the course of 3 weeks. Did not receive direct contact about rejection, but instead found out via HR recruiting system self-service.
