Virtual Identity interview questions

I had a screening interview with VI after a recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. The interview was about 30 minutes, structured but easy-going. One piece of feedback I would offer is that it would be helpful if the job description could be shared before or during the interview. From the discussion, it seemed they were reviewing profiles for potential hires starting in early 2026, so having a clear understanding of the role would have been useful. Overall, the process was smooth and professional, but a bit more transparency upfront would improve the candidate experience.
