Easy, nice, this is before many changes happened there so there was a fair system of management in place. The interview process, from what I can tell, has remained the same; easy and quick, they seem to pre-decide on people just by meeting them. Good luck if you're not Asian though...that is they're preferred race to hire.

Interview
A few interviews. Phone - skype - appearance. I began by reviewing the site and sales channels to make sure I could keep up with there requirements. Sent my app in and they called within 3 days. Setup skype interview, then was invited for a 1 on 1 plus skype interview.
