I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Virta (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
Wonderful interview process, and I felt well-guided with Catarina! She's fantastic at her job, making sure I wasn't waiting too long, or being 'left in the dark', at any stage. There were a few stages, all of which were concise, relevant, and felt like they respected my time. (no-nonsense sort of process) Appreciate that so much - looking for a job is tough enough, and 'jumping through hoops' can be exhausting. While there were challenging scenarios presented, and knowledge/abilities to be proven during some stages, it all felt pertinent to the job to be performed.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Virta in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview process took around two weeks; they were very transparent from the beginning about the process, the role, salary, benefits, etc. They also provided clear guidelines on how to prepare for each round of interviews and what to expect during the assessments. The interview process is lengthy, but it indicates that they are serious about who they hire, which is a good sign.
