I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Viridien in Jan 2020
Interview
Worst interview experience. The interview process was 70 days long. The interviewers are not sure about what they are expecting from a candidate. They are interviewing many candidates for a single position and taking too long for giving the decisions out at each round and completely wasting time of the students. The interview questions were very easy.

You are running a magazine store and last month you sold 1500 magazines at an average price of $5 per magazine. You paid out $1600 in salaries for your full time employees which constitute 80% of your business expenses. How much profit did you realize last month?
You must show the calculations and assumptions if any, together with the answer.
A rectangular parking space is marked out by painting three of its sides white. If the length of the unpainted side is 9 feet, and the sum of the lengths of the painted sides is 37 feet, what is the area of the parking space in square feet?
There are 3 baskets. One of them has apples, one has oranges only and the other has mixture of apples and oranges. The labels on their baskets always lie. (I.e. if the label says oranges, you are sure that it doesn't have oranges only, it could be a mixture or apples only) The task is to pick one basket and pick only one fruit from it and then correctly label all the three baskets. How will you do that?
The first step in the interview process is a remote questionnaire. A time is scheduled in advance for the 50 minute questionnaire. There were about 12 questions in 3-4 sections - logic/intelligence, php, mysql and servers. A webex session was setup so that your computer's webcam would watch you as you completed the questionnaire. The questionnaire was a Word file that the interviewer sent by email. After your 50 minutes are up, you return the questionnaire via email to the interviewer and the webex session then ends.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Viridien (Houston, TX)
Interview
I applied through the career fair at the University. I was contacted by the company HR to schedule a first round which was technical round for 50 mins. I was given to solve around 8 to 10 questions from various domains like SQL, PhP, JavaScript, Brain teasers, Servers, basic maths and coding questions. This round is easy and checks overall knowledge of software development. The second round was onsite interview with a software engineer. I was asked to solve 2 questions. One of them was strictly PhP based and the other was using Web technologies to show and manipulate graphics on screen.
