      I interviewed at Virgin Money

      Interview

There was an initial screening, then there was an online interview, that interview was a well structured competency based question interview with multiple people from the team in attendance but most questions were only asked by one person. The questions were fine for the most part.

      Question 1

Current salary and as I didn't want to share that at this early stage in the process, they asked me to stay on so it could be a one on one conversation with the main person asking the questions. I was rather forcefully asked to reveal my salary.
