The process started off with replying to the job posting on the company's webpage. Once complete, I then received an invitation to take an online assessment. It was pretty straightforward, and one of those "either your right for the job, or you're not" kind of tests. There's no way to study for it really - it's more personality & character based.
I was then invited for an in-person interview at Headquarters in Burlingame, CA. It was quite different from all of the other airline interviews I had been to in the past. Much more casual, MUCH more friendly. There was a lot of group interaction involved with other interviewees, as well as some one-on-one chats with Inflight management.
Add to that the background check and drug screening, and before you know it, I was in training. It really was quite an efficient and pleasant process - as pleasant as interviews can be, I guess :-)
