I applied online. I interviewed at Vintage Cash Cow (Zwolle, Gelderland) in Apr 2026
Interview
The application process was relatively simple. Joining the interview? Too tough - they sent wrong link in the start, had to chase the recruiter for a week to get an interview they invited me for. The interviews went very well. Even discussed a start date w the head of HR. Went for 1 onsite interview. Then? Ghosted for almost 2 months completely. From enthusiasm to ghosting, all cause I wasn’t a useful candidate anymore for some reason. Recently received a rejection email with false claims about stopping hiring while there are open positions on LinkedIn. The least I expected was some transparency.

Interview
When you first have an invite to the interview, you will receive a PDF that will make it seem like they are kind and care about your experience during the interview. In reality, I had arrived on-premises and informed them that I had arrived. They left me waiting in the stairs for at least 15 minutes, then sat me at the bar area for at least another 15 minutes, which I found totally unfriendly and unprofessional.
In the interview, I found that the interviewer were unexperienced and did not have any knowledge on what goes on in the world, very robotic and a lack of personality.
As a service, I would say that Vintage Cash Cow is a rip-off service. They get people to send in items making them think they are going to get a good value for their items, they undervalue the items, and then pressurise customers to accept their offer. As a service I find it unethical and I am glad that I ended not working their.
I noticed the working environment as not friendly and pressurised. As a company I wonder how they profit as they are stacking up items in warehouses across Leeds.
Overall a terrible experience.

Question 1
Most of the questions were around working in pressurised and busy environment; how you would manage day to day activities; how would you prioritise your work as a multichannel agent; time management and communication. The role play is straight forward.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vintage Cash Cow (Morley, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
thirty minute chat with run down of cv, personal life and experience with role play after a phone screening. It felt awkwardly too formal. They rang me the next day
