They ask you on how you can handle tough situations and they look for your social skills. They want to see how friendly you are aswell. My interview was over zoom and but that was awhile ago so now they probably do in-person interviews.

Over the phone, due to COVID protocols. Process was easy. I answered 15 questions, per a standard script. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. Although, I didn't accept the offer, I was interested in the procedures.

Professional but not friendly. Really wanted the job but didn’t get welcoming feeling being in the office. Not sure I ever heard from them in hindsight. Covid started and I think they closed school down
