I had emailed my resume for a Sales position. It took about two weeks before I got a phone call from The Assistant of the Store Director. In order to set me up for an interview with a Store Manager at the Grand Central Station location. I went in was amazed and impressed by how the Sales Associate were handling customers. In addition to being very friendly and happy. Then I asked for the Store Manager she introduced herself filled out an application had me wait a little while. Whiles I filled out an application and tgen came back and interviewed me in the quiet part of the store. Then asked basic interview questions and shoke my hand thanked me for coming. Then told me she would get back to the Store Director and Assistant compare notes to see if they are interested in me moving to the next level.Which is seeing if the Assistant and Store Director wanted to interview with me and would be in touch about the decision.

super quick and easy, felt comfortable, the questions were also not that hard, the person who interviewed me was super nice. I didnt get any "oh no how will i ever answer this" type of questions. If you are outgoing and nice you will probably do well.
