Not bad went through questions well and were friendly and answered all my questions well. I was happy to be there and chat and made me feel I would contribute well to the team.

Very old fashioned points system, feels very stressful even more than a normal interview and also don't give feedback to help progress going forward. You have a very long application form to fill and then have to do and points system interview with star related questions giving examples which you do on your application in the first place.
