Interview
Replied to a craigslist posting for a farsi translator. They responded in an email with a transliterated version (ie written in latin alphabet) of Article 1 of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights in farsi and asked me to translate it. I emailed him back with the translation and got an email telling me when to come in. That was the entire process.

- had to go on training for several days without knowing if I was going to have the job.
- met with the team before entering.
