I applied online and was contacted less than a week later about a related position the HR associate thought I'd be a better fit for. I went in to interview with a project manager and director and that was a super casual conversation where we went over my past experience. I was also told my interview wouldn't take me out of the running for the original position I applied for. Was contacted for another interview with two higher ups and that was more business. Followed up with the HR associate a week later and was told they were still interviewing. Totally cool. Now it's legit three months later with not a word after I had reached out again. The process was chill until it just wasn't and my issue is entirely with HR/recruiting's communication. It left such a bad impression for a company I love that I was compelled to Glassdoor it.
