Vibra Healthcare interview questions

The interview was abrupt and was only asked a couple of questions before the interviewer then asked if I had any questions for him. Asking questions about work culture highlighted that showing up to scheduled shifts (I.e. not calling out) and applying yourself in expanding your skill set were important qualities in nurses that stand out at Vibra.

Easy interview. Simple questions and lasts about 30 minutes. They setup your 2nd interview quickly after the 1st. Quick on boarding process. Last interview is with your supervisor all in all very simple straight forward.
