I met the recruiter a career fair that was being hosted on my college campus, and after a brief conversation about my qualifications he offered me an interview the next day. The interview was rather casual, and we spent a good amount of time talking about what he was working on and what it's like working at the company. There were NO technical questions asked. Most questions ranged along projects on my resume, how I approach problem solving and several questions revolving around my experience working in teams. I heard back from them a week after that interview and heard they would like to move forward, then I sent them some info for a background check and I got an offer two weeks later!
