Very easy interview process, they don't ask set questions and try to truly get to know you. They don't try to set you up with basic interview questions such as have you ever experienced an upset customer, and how did you handle the situation. They truly try to get to know you during the interview

Interview
I submitted online and was called shortly after for an interview. Finding the building was difficult because it's locked and unmarked, but after arriving only slightly late did the interview begin. Closed door interview between the head supervisor of the call center, Megan, and the supervisor of Data, Marlena. After the interview I was offered to job assuming a drug test went through fine. I did the drug test and got the job.

Interview
Initial screen was conducted by phone by the talent team. Recruiter I spoke to was intelligent and did a good job informing me about the role and providing a realistic job preview. Further selection process was informed to me in full and played out in manner described to me. Next interview was in person at the retail store for which I applied and involved the store manager and territory manager. They put me at ease and welcomed me warmly. Before I left they were sure to answer all my questions and inform me about length of time before hiring decision would be made from there. Consistent contact was kept with me throughout the process and I look back upon it favorably.
