Process: 1) Recruiter screen; 2) Hiring manager call; 3) Round of 3 with peers of hiring manager/partners to the team; 4) C-suite round, plus another with hiring manager.
Turnaround time between steps was really quick and the recruiting team was very professional and efficient. Everybody I met was very nice and down-to-earth. Unlike other reviewers, I disagree that they are "fishing" for answers. The questions they present are issues they are currently thinking about and they would like to see how you approach the problem.
