The initial interview was a phone interview, followed by a zoom interview, then a working interview in person where they had you do the job for a few hours to see how it works.

Met with my potential managers and went over the job description and hospital values. We discussed what I would be doing as their support and what would be expected of me in this role. I was able to get to know their personalities during the process which was helpful.
