The interviewer begins by dictating a list of general skills related to the position, then shifts to asking for personal information, such as your home address and additional phone numbers. Keep in mind, this is for the initial interview. It feels more like they’re more focused on collecting personal details over evaluating whether you’re a good fit for the job. I ended the interview because this was a red flag for me.
