I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vertican Technologies
Interview
My interview was literally 8 mins long, only yes/no questions about my background, zero STAR questions/hypotheticals/etc. Made me feel like the company didnt have an actual hiring process, which I found out they didnt.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you had experience facing external clients? Have you had experience as a scrum master? I see you performed process improvement at each of your positions, we like that.
There were really no other questions -- the remaining time was an introduction, a summary of what they were looking for, and then ending it with next steps.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vertican Technologies (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Multiple calls with the hiring manager (department head), along with HR as an observer. Also included another department head for one interview. There was also a test - I heard others call it WonScore. I didn't think it was very accurate because it said I was modestly diligent when I'm super diligent. I was worried but got a job offer.

Question 1
More about asking me what I did before and telling me what they wanted me to do. It was not a structured interview without behavioral questions.
