Long process with many rounds. More than 5. There was no indication that they will not hire. Everyone seemed interested but still didn’t get the offer. So the process is super competitive

An HR scheduled a 45 phone screen but called late. Several behavior questions were asked and asked me why I left current company, also asked my manager's name on current company.
