The interview was low key, probably due to the size of the site. People were curious and personable, most were a pleasure to talk with. The site had a good "vibe" and people seemed to enjoy working there. Communication after the interview has been severely lacking, despite offers to answer questions regarding the position/company.

Phone screening. Was asked about my interest in the role and if I had any questions for them. Was not given any salary range but was asked what my expectations are.

When I asked for the salary range, talent acquisition person said that I'd have to go through the entire interview process to get an offer. This is highly unusual among so many companies I have interviewed with and disrespecting candidates' time. Interview here if you have plenty of time on hand.
