The selection process starts with a phone screening. After three or four weeks I was invited for the face to face interview, where I was interviewed by the line manager, the head of the department and by members of the group.

The process began with a one-on-one interview with the scientist that leads the group. After, I spent a day interviewing that included a presentation and a series of one-on-one interviews. This was over zoom due to the pandemic but otherwise very standard.
