What kind of technical scenarios or system architecture questions should a candidate prepare for during the panel interview?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Versa Networks (Sunnyvale, CA) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interviewer failed to turn on their camera and arrived 10 minutes late. The entire process felt highly unprofessional, disorganized, and completely lacked any standardized structure or clear expectations. The recruiter is really nice and good at communication.
It was a three round interview in total , one screening, two technical with screening being taken by hr and TR rounds will be taken care by the tech team leads
