When answering questions, they asked for STAR method. They also requested that you provide specific examples of how you solved the issue. It may help to be a little technical in your answers.
Was an internal applicant. After applying for the role, sat down with a manager and discussed troubleshooting experience, ways to keep up with current tech advances, how to handle difficult customers etc
