HR firstly checked the documents and reached out to have phone screen interview. It took 30 minutes and responsiveness after interview was late. Questions mostly about details related to resume.
1 hour interview with hiring manager. Read a set of 4 questions based on technical, collaborative, strategic decision making and leadership skillsets outside of the tell me about yourself question to start the interview

Fluid with several rounds of interview. Large corporations and will have a case study to prepare for. May take longer than a fee weeks. Since the headquarters is in New jersey it may take longer.
