Roughly 8 situational interview questions asking you to describe a past experience. The interviewer is looking for a situation, Actions and tasks complete, and the results of give situations. The situations can be very specific and you will need to give specific examples with measurable results. Such as, “My actions resulted in a 8% increase in revenue”. You want to be direct and to the point with your answers

4 interviews. Each one was very thorough. The final interview was with the ED of WBG. The Interview had two tasks for me to complete. One was a current project preso. The other was a given situation preso.
