Applied online, I was sent a letter to take a skills and abilities test. I passed the test. 3 weeks later I received a phone call asking if I wanted the job. I was sent for a drug test and then I had to submit paperwork to HR via mail about my background. Very weird process.

There was no interview. Took and passed the test next thing was a start date that was about 3 weeks out. Once at the work location there was an orientation and the next day we were in training for 5 - 7 weeks.
