first interview focused on skills and background (from military service to professional experience), second interview was focused on the job itself.
had to prepare a presentation in English on what ever subject I choose.

CV phone review with HR, than a long interview with the recruiting manager (open conversation), than a short meeting with HR (basically another CV review) prior to an 1 hour interview with the VP product.
The interview with the VP included a presentation i had to prepare. He concentrated on my match to the position.
