Had a colleague recommend me for the position. Phone interview was relatively easy. Mostly a discussion of my background, past experiences, and hobbies. On-site interview was good but challenging. Interviewed with about six people one-on-one. No useless "personality" questions. Mostly technical questions covering electromechanical design.
