      Interview

I did SIX rounds of interviews with this company, including a presentation assignment wherein I shared thorough and well-researched details for development and execution of an "example" campaign. The team was very complimentary of my presentation, and asked that I share my deck with them "for further review." I then received a generic email from the recruiter letting me know that I hadn't gotten the job, but that I should feel "proud" of having made it that far in their process. I didn't feel proud - I felt like I gave them some valuable work for free, and plenty of hours taken away from my current job. Even if I wasn't the chosen candidate, the decline should have at least merited a phone call from the hiring manager.

      Question 1

As mentioned, I was given an assignment to present my research, targeting, messaging, timelines, and operational details for an event campaign.
