I showed up with my written application, and HR looked at me and basically said “ oh, cool, you don’t look like you’re on drugs. You’re hired.” Without even looking at my résumé.

Zoom interview for on site position. Panel interview dominated by senior person. Third person didnt get to talk a whole lot. Never heard back from interview team or HR. Asked for candidate feed-back and still never heard back.
