Sent in an anonymous application (there was no position posted on their website) to the recruiter and was invited in for an interview shortly thereafter. Had one basic interview about my qualifications and testing my language skills and heard back within a week.

Intensive interview process with a competency-based assignment and 2 call-backs. Interviews with 2 managing directors, a project manager, and at times multiple people at once. They were open-ended questions, though, and nothing trying to trick you.
