An in-house recruiter reached out to me, and then I had to do 3 interviews: one with HR and then two more with different managers. Second interview was pretty technical, with a lot of focus on business/asset valuation and on the M&A process. Last interview was more like a final fit check.

Walk me through a DCF. When to use FCFF vs FCFE approaches and differences/bridge between both? What is an FDD, what are the main outputs, and how are they used in the M&A process (from the buyer's perspective)? How much do you think our WACC is? etc
