Discuss the project, discuss experience on similar projects in Singapore Abu Dhabi. Discuss if this suited to travel to Brazil and look after the project as well as coordinate the material requisition and engineering design phase.
The first interview was with the Lead from Texas for the open position in Belgium. It was long and not that difficult. The interview was very positive and the interviewer said that he would like to work with me, but then they made up some excuses like "their system is changing" and eventually ghosted me.
