30 minute phone call with a recruiter - all behavioral with a main focus on why I wanted to work for them
30 minute zoom call with the manager for the team - mostly behavioral, went over my resume, was asked to describe my level of familiarity with various engineering concepts

Interview process was a phone-call screening with the hiring manager and the 2nd interview was an interview with the supervisor and director of test ops. The team was very straight-forward and great to meet.

First round interview. Virtual with Director of Propulsion. High level company overview and then questions on my background plus general propulsion engineering questions of moderate difficulty. Overall it seemed to be a cultural and high level screening.
