2. Technical interview on Zoom. Some softball starter topics, technical discussion on open-ended problem, 2 practical tasks. >90min
3. "culture-fit" call. Feedback about past steps, elaboration on "what kind of attitude we value", pleasant conversation. Both assigned recruiter (steps 0 & 1) and HR representative present.
