First initial phone screening call then white board technical interview with two senior developers. The interview wasn’t hard. Seems like they just didn’t know what they were looking for. They were new employees. I cannot in an unorganized environment so I had to reject the offer
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VelocityEHS (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2019
Interview
Had a phone interview and I was basically told that I did not meet the 3+ year requirement. Not even a "tell me about yourself". My resume was read based on start/end date more than my relevant skillset and professional career. Shouldn't this be what the recruiter should do in the first place before reaching out to a potential hire to not waste each other's time?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VelocityEHS (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2018
Interview
I applied online, first took a phone interview with HR just describing my qualities and going through my resume. Then I had a face-to-face with a director and Manager. We went through my resume and answered a few basic questions. Everyone was super friendly and the office environement was casual.
