Wolves in disguise and I am not kidding. They charm you for 3-4 rounds and they ask you to do an in dept presentations which takes 60-80 hours to complete if you want to excel only for HR to tell you that you are not a good fit. They purposely lure potential architects to suck their strategic knowledge out. Do NOT interview with them. Waste of time.
